Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your handyman job quoted, we pass it to one handyman, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

Information you give us

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address, the list of small jobs, and any photos.

How it is used

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one handyman who handles Waterloo requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Analytics

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Keeping and deleting

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@waterloohandyman.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
